Very comfortable spacious boutique hotel centrally located. Close to waterfront and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable, clean and a good size. Bathroom had a lovely rain shower and was quite spacious. Staff were attentive - particularly in the sky restaurant which was a lovely place to go for a nightcap after dinner or even for dinner. The views were good and it was airy and guests tables were nicely spaced. On our departure day our flight didnt leave until late in the day, they kindly allowed us to stay in the club lounge until our departure.

The hotel is well placed, lots of places to eat in walking distance, also the bazar, if needed. The rooms are nice, have space, toilet and shower are separated, really nice, the shower is big, enough for two. Internet is fast enough for work, the breakfast is not cheap, but excellent, you have juice, coffee, cereal, warm food, veggies, fruits, and its on the top floor, nice to sit outside and enjoy the morning. the gym is well equipped, can't handle too many people, but nice for some workout session.

I should especially mention that I have stayed in many brand name hotels in Izmir. The Renaissance Hotel, which I tried for the first time, is now the only one I will pass. I will not stay in another hotel in Izmir from now on. The staff's attention and care is amazing. I would like to thank all the staff. The cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms are 10. Everything was perfect. The location, the hotel facilities, everything I haven't mentioned yet was very good.

Amazing buffet breakfast, beautifully presented with very wide choice of foods. Ilgun, the maitre d of the restaurant was charming, very knowledgeable on wines and looked after us very well. Pelin, guest relations and quality manager was delightful and made sure we were happy with everything.

Location is quite nice, it is just in front of Efes Hotel and I think this is a good alternative for that hotel which can easily compete in the comfort of the room. The hamam-styled bathroom was perfect! Sound isolation was quite good. Beds were really comfortable. All in all it provided a quite relaxing sleep and stay in the room. It has an indoor pool which not really big but you can at least relax with air bubles.
